Returns

We want you to love your purchase from decides. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (for health and hygiene reasons)


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.


Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order with no penalty if it has not yet shipped.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at mahhii@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mahhii@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.


Processing Time

  • Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your package.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
